After a fairly mild winter, April proved that it can be a cruel month, with snow coming right when you thought it was spring. But that’s springtime in the Rockies, right?

Speaking of unpredictable weather…over the past three years, member buildings have sustained over $19,000,000 in hail damage. We’ve negotiated a rebate with a company that makes hail-resistant shingles to help you mitigate future hail damage.

With winter being so dry our state needs to prepare for possible wildfires this summer and we’ve developed a set of best practices that can help minimize the potential and limit the damage from wildfires.

This month’s milestones feature Dianne Hall, our Property Claims Manager who is celebrating 10-years of service, and Bob Pomeroy, who is retiring in May – after 20-years of service!
