This 24-minute video was created to highlight some of the most common situations in which supervisors cause and/or contribute to unsafe acts in the workplace.  The goal would be for each supervisor, from the lowest level to the highest, to review the video and identify their fault areas, if any.  Supervisors should then watch the video with their employees, utilize the interactive capability, and discuss how they can solve these types of industry common issues.  Topics that will be covered in this video include:

• New supervisor roles
• Supervisors that are “too busy”
• Not wearing appropriate PPE or participating in training
• Prevention through design
• Budgeting for safety
